Ravoth

Overview

Ravoth is a small border planet under the dominion of the Order of the One, with no permanent population. Its surface is rocky, filled with rifts and canyons that spread like wounds across a world ruined by mining operations and ancient geological wars. The thin atmosphere and the red dust that swirls endlessly create the sense that Ravoth has no life left, only ash and metal.

Geological and Environmental Conditions

The planet is essentially a broken rock at the frontier of OTO space. Its deep ravines and plains are filled with fractures that reach down to the core. Old mining facilities have long been abandoned, leaving behind skeletal machines and underground tunnels. Heat and gases escaping from the depths make the surface unstable and dangerous for any permanent installation.

Military Use

Despite its inhospitable nature, Ravoth is used by the Order of the One as a hidden border base. Within its canyons and dark tunnels lie concealed military installations, storage sites and underground resupply chambers. The main base, carved deep into the rock, is located in the southern hemisphere, hidden behind natural formations that render it invisible even to radar.

Battle at the Ravoth Canyons

Revoth When the OTO fleet escaped from Glaven Hub, several vessels moved toward Ravoth to regroup. Their course was detected by a swarm of LAP sleeker fighters. A pursuit followed through the planet’s ravines where the two sides clashed in a deadly chase. The leader of the attackers, known as Vex1, commanded the operation and executed the dangerous standing serpent maneuver to strike the entrance of the OTO base. The explosions that followed collapsed the entire slope, burying the base under tons of rock. The blasts triggered chain reactions across the geologically unstable planet. Rifts opened in many locations and flames erupted from the depths. Ravoth’s surface detonated in dozens of areas, turning the planet into a scorched landscape. The surviving LAP pilots saw the world burning beneath their vessels, a blazing field without life. From that day the reports describe it as the planet that breathes fire.
