Ulmar Frostek
Overview
Ulmar Frostek is a senior general of the Order of the One and the figure who carries out the military coup, placing the Council of Veil under arrest and assuming de facto control of the theocratic power. He appears cold, absolute, and fully convinced that his actions represent the final line of defense before the collapse of the OTO.
Under his leadership, the Order of the One abandons any pretense of spiritual guidance and openly becomes an aggressive military force. Frostek does not hesitate to employ mass violence and exemplary destruction, as seen in Kastran and the assault on Caelora, viewing terror as a necessary instrument for enforcing order and faith.
